6win Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 6win ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the 6win website, creating an account, or using any service offered on the platform — including sports betting, slots, live casino, fish games, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus participation — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 6win account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or for any other reason — is a serious violation of these Terms. All accounts beyond the first will be closed and any balance associated with the duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. This information must match the identity documents you will be asked to provide during the verification process. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 6win support immediately.

• Your username and password must not be shared with any other person.
• You must not allow any third party to use your account on your behalf.
• Accounts are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted, or assigned to another person.
• 6win reserves the right to refuse registration at its discretion without being required to give a reason.

4. Deposits

All deposits on 6win are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfers, standard bank transfers, and cards where available. The supported deposit methods may be updated from time to time; the current list is displayed on the deposit page within your account.

Deposits are credited to your 6win balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within seconds. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on the sending bank's processing times.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• 6win does not charge deposit fees on its side; your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• 6win reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds.
• Deposited funds held in your balance that have not been used for wagering may be subject to verification before withdrawal is permitted.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 6win account are processed in PKR to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the conditions below. 6win aims to process all withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts as quickly as possible; JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for verified accounts typically complete within minutes during normal operating hours.

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed. Verification requires valid photo ID and may include proof of payment method ownership.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page within your account.
• Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible.
• Wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be completed before bonus-related funds can be withdrawn.
• 6win reserves the right to carry out additional checks on withdrawals above certain thresholds as part of fraud prevention and responsible gaming procedures.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if your account requires additional verification or if there is an ongoing review of account activity.
• Withdrawals to third-party payment accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6win offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual offer terms in addition to these general Terms. When claiming any bonus, you confirm acceptance of both the specific offer terms and these general Terms.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. Wagering requirements — the amount you must wager before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash — are clearly stated for each offer. Always check the wagering requirement, qualifying games, minimum odds, and expiry date before claiming.
• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method. Any attempt to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account suspension.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them are removed automatically.
• 6win reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including reversing a bonus already credited to an account if there is reasonable evidence of Terms abuse.
• Placing bets on outcomes with very low risk (for example, betting both sides of a market to guarantee a small return regardless of outcome) to meet wagering requirements is classified as bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

7. Betting Rules

The 6win sportsbook covers Cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 Internationals, Test cricket, and domestic competitions), Football, Esports, Tennis, Basketball, and other international sports. All bets placed on 6win are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are accepted only while markets are open and within the stated minimum and maximum stake limits for each market.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless an Early Cash Out option is available and has been used before the relevant event outcome is determined.
• 6win reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly the result of a technical error, data feed error, or pricing mistake. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's balance.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. 6win may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• If a sporting event is postponed and does not resume within the stated period, all bets on that event will be settled according to the specific sport's rules as outlined in the full betting rules documentation on the platform.
• For Cricket, PSL, and T20 matches: if a match is abandoned without a result or a result cannot be determined due to weather, security, or other circumstances, bets will be settled as void and stakes returned unless a result has already been officially declared.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets involving voided selections will have those selections removed and the accumulator recalculated with the remaining selections at the applicable reduced odds.

8. Slots and Casino Games

6win offers a range of slots, live casino table games (including Roulette, Baccarat and Blackjack with real dealers), and fish games. All casino game outcomes on 6win are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for slots and electronic games, and by real dealer actions for live casino tables. Results are fair and not manipulated by 6win in any way.

• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is set by the game developer and cannot be altered by 6win.
• Live casino game rules — including table limits, side bet availability, and dealer procedures — follow international standard casino rules as adapted for each specific game variant.
• Fish game outcomes are based on the game mechanics set by the developer. Skill elements within fish games affect results but do not guarantee any specific outcome.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, 6win's system will complete the round based on the state at the time of disconnection. Disputed results due to connectivity issues must be raised with support within 24 hours with supporting screenshots or session details.
• Game malfunctions — whether software errors or live stream interruptions — void all affected game rounds and stakes are returned.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 6win. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance where applicable, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to provide an unfair advantage in betting or casino games.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform to generate undeserved winnings.
• Engaging in match-fixing, use of insider information, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on 6win.
• Attempting to launder money or use 6win as a vehicle for financial transactions unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name or conducting transactions on behalf of a third party.
• Abusing bonus structures by placing bets designed to hedge outcomes and extract bonus value without genuine risk.
• Engaging in any abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 6win staff or other players via any communication channel.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

6win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time after being requested to do so.
• Evidence of or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during verification.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• At the player's own request, including requests made through the responsible gaming self-exclusion process.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, 6win reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with the violating activity. Where an account is closed without a Terms violation — for example, at the player's own request — any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deduction of any applicable pending bonuses that have not met wagering requirements.

11. Privacy and Data

• Nothing in these Terms limits 6win's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

6win reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
